Overall just really helpful. It keeps me focused, makes the urges less overwhelming, and honestly feels like having support in my pocket.

Day 26
Day 26
Days 24-26 have been really tough for me. The cravings are real. I have been pushing myself to do more things around the house when I get the urges. Day 6
Day 6 feeling good.
I’m very proud of this progress so far. but there’s still work to be done. my desire to view porn has steadily declined. however, i’m not letting myself get too comfortable because temptation always comes when you least expect it. i’m going to get over this once and for all, for myself, my future wife and my future children.
